The quality, and form (type) of the ingredients we use are superior to what is generally available. The form of L-arginine is L-pyroglutamate (L-pidolate).
This form passes through the blood-brain barrier (due to neutrality). We recommend taking Amino Alliance® shortly before going to bed, preferably on an empty stomach, dissolved in half a glass of lukewarm water. Try not to consume anything in the last two hours before going to bed.
Amino Alliance® can be used alongside supplements such as magnesium, vitamin D, Omega-3, etc., without any issue. If you are on medication it is wise to start with half a dose of Amino Alliance® daily for the first three days/week. The easy way: Pour one dose of Amino Alliance in a medium size glass of water, and only drink half of it before bedtime. The other half right after waking up in the morning. This allows for the body to gently become accustomed to the product. Always consult your physician when in doubt.
Amino Alliance® can also be taken before exercising. For athletes, we recommend taking it half an hour before exercising.
There is no known reason why you should stop taking it. The product is gluten-free, kosher, Halal, non-genetically modified, and 100% vegan. If you do want to pause taking it, take it for eight weeks in a row and then take a two-week break, for example.
