We recommend taking Amino Alliance® shortly before going to bed, preferably on an empty stomach, dissolved in half a glass of lukewarm water. Try not to consume anything in the last two hours before going to bed.
Amino Alliance® can be used alongside supplements such as magnesium, vitamin D, Omega-3, etc. without any issue. We recommend that everyone taking medication starts with half a stick pack of Amino Alliance® daily for the first week.
