Arginine is a semi-essential amino acid and one of the building blocks for protein synthesis in the human body. Arginine is found in chocolate, peanuts, mushrooms, various seeds and nuts, and grain products.
Lysine is an essential amino acid and is found in cheese, eggs, milk, meat, white and brown beans, poultry, and wheat.
Glutamine is an essential amino acid and is found in food in the form of glutamic acid. Whey protein, meat, fish, beans, and nuts are rich in glutamic acid.
Isomaltulose is not an amino acid, but it does have an important property. It is a polyol (sweetener) that is mainly used for its sugar-like physical properties.

Amino Alliance® provides the body with additional amino acids. In addition, it provides 19% of the reference value (80 mg) of high-quality vitamin Calcium Ascorbate. This is well above the 15% required for the permitted health claims.
Dissolve one stick pack in half a glass of lukewarm water and take it approximately at bedtime on an empty stomach. Preferably, do not consume anything 2 hours before bedtime.
